PRIO invests in built and unbuilt land. By leveraging identified potential, we create future-proof projects, neighbourhoods and investment products. Our development activities include acquisition, construction permit procurement, project planning, construction and sale or transfer into a long-term build-to-core portfolio. In its fiduciary role, PRIO takes advantage of good access routes to the market, relevant expertise and a reliable, established network to seize opportunities for property-minded investors. Strategic and project-based partnerships in concept development and planning, construction and sales help minimise risk and optimise location-specific earning possibilities.
We readily face the challenge of reconciling investor demands with the expectations of administrators, politicians, property owners, property users and the broader public. We do so with passion, adding value for everyone involved. We believe it is critical for all stakeholders to be treated fairly and transparently. With an approach that is cooperative in every respect, we create future-proof assets.
